I've always been an entrepreneur, having grown up in Long Island, N.Y, and owning a number of businesses back East. While residential construction and real estate are my professional emphasis, living near the water has always been my passion. After living on a motoryacht in the Hamptons and in homes on Peconic Bay and Long Island Sound, the beautiful Puget Sound waterfront called my wife and I to move to Seattle in the early 1990s. We fell in love with the Northwest and made it our permanent residence.
Since that time, our company has seen tremendous success, selling everything from studio condos to townhomes, houseboats, and multi-million dollar waterfront estates. We strive to provide professional service at all times, as well as cutting edge technology and up-to-date information and research to all of our clients.
