Clyde Hill Homes For Sale, Bellevue WA
Clyde Hill is located just Northwest of Bellevue. Although considered to be part of the Bellevue metro, it is technically an incorporated city, with a population of about 3,000. This upscale neighborhood has some of the best views in Bellevue, with its elevated lots capturing views from the Olympic Mountains to the Seattle skyline. Clyde Hill is served by most of Bellevue's city services, although it shares its own police department with nearby Yarrow Point. The city has a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq ft, and the valuable views are protected by a local ordinance that requires owners to trim trees that grow into neighboring properties' views.
